Dubai – UAE Exchange is participating in the National Career Exhibition with an aim to recruit skilled national talent across all its operations in the UAE. The career fair is being held from 15th to 17th of February 2017 at the Sharjah Expo Centre.

“The National Career Exhibition is an excellent platform for us to reach out to the talented Emiratis and absorb them in our corporate fold. It is also in line with our strategic Emiratisation initiatives in supporting sustainable job creation and fuelling long-term national development in the financial sector. Emiratis constitute around 12 per cent of our workforce today. This year, we plan to increase their presence across the organisation, both in operational and customer-facing roles,” said Abdel Kareem Alkayed, Country Head – UAE Exchange, UAE.

The major employment benefits an Emirati enjoys at UAE Exchange is the option of choosing convenient work location and flexible working hours. For the Emirati students, the brand offers Taleem, a four-week internship and training programme that involves real-time work experience with stipend and certificate.
