Dubai: Ahead of the revolutionary T10 cricket league, the charismatic Captain Sarfraz Ahmed, Vice-Captain Darren Sammy, Fast bowler Anwar Ali from Pakistan, U19 Sensation from Afghanistan – Mujeeb Zadran and head coach Waqar Younis from Bengal Tigers spends quality time with the unskilled workers of the Danube Welfare Center, a non-profit social organization under Danube Group.
The event held at the welfare center on Monday 11th of December 2017. Present on the occasion were the proud owner of the team Mr. Anis Sajan, Managing Director of Danube Group, and Director Danube Welfare Center, Ms. Sana Sajan and Ms. Shabnam Kassam. The cricketers felicitated the bright students at the welfare center and Captain Sarfraz Ahmed inaugurated a new computer training programme.
Proud owner Mr. Anis Sajan, Managing Director Danube Group said:” We are overwhelmed to have a few star icons of the Bengal Tigers team. They came to meet the students of the Danube Welfare Center, making them believe that they have the potential to achieve the best possible. Captain Bengal Tigers, Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed said: “It was a great feeling to receive so much love and support from each one of them. I had a great time and am thankful to all the workers. Appreciate the small things in life.”
