Dubai: Vasco’s pays tribute to the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama, from whom it takes its name, with a steak and grape menu.
The popular beachside venue at Hilton Abu Dhabi enhances its dining experience with a fine
selection of steak cuts with rubs from Portugal. Available from January 14th until 31st, the Vasco’s Steak Menu is carefully paired with excellent Portuguese grapes.
The selection of cuts include black Angus T-bone, Wagyu rump, Wagyu tenderloin, Wagyu rib-eye and beef Rossini – which is a 200g black Angus tenderloin with a slice of seared foie gras. All steaks are cooked with delicious Portuguese rubs or plain, depending on the preference of the guest.
A variety of sides and sauces are available as well. For the starch, there are French fries, truffle mashed potato, baked potato with sour crème, and curly fries. The side of vegetables features a selection of green asparagus, roasted vegetables , sautéed mushrooms and ratatouille. Guests can also choose one of four sauces: Béarnaise, peppercorn, mushroom and red grape jus.
Vasco’s is open daily for lunch from noon until 3.30pm and for dinner from 7pm until 11pm.
