Blockchain and Crypto-Currency Expo 2019 set for March

The biggest Blockchain and Crypto-Currency Expo 2019 in the Middle East is scheduled to be held in Dubai on March 19-20, according to its organiser.

This was announced during a news conference in Dubai recently. Dr Umar Farooq, organiser of the Expo, revealed at the news conference that business heavyweights and exhibitors from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and from other countries have confirmed their participation at the upcoming mega event.

Dr Farooq noted that the upcoming Expo will be the biggest digital currency event in the Middle East, adding that the business community in the region will better understand the future currency rather it will be a huge opportunity for the Crypto currency companies to do marketing within 200 nationalities living in UAE.

“Most of the exhibitors have confirmed their participation till date and soon we would finalise the list, which will be shared with the media and will also be updated on the website,” he informed.

He mentioned that they were planning to make this two-day event more attractive and media will get more insightful and latest information during the show.

Dr Umar Farooq along with his team extended official invitation to well-known personalities and a ‘Guinness Book World Record Holder, Sohail Al Zarooni to grace the Blockchain and Crypto-Currency Expo 2019 event.

Sohail Al Zarooni lauded the oragnisers’ efforts for hosting the major event. He noted that the UAE government always welcome and support innovative business ideas. He wished the Expo organisers and his team and offered his full support to make upcoming Expo successful.

Al Zarooni mentioned that the UAE economy is resilient and is marching ahead despite the global trends. He urged global investors to invest in the UAE market, adding that his country has provided ample investment opportunities for local and
foreign investors.

“The UAE is at the forefront for business activities as the country’s dynamic and business-friendly policies, focused on development and innovation, make it a prime business hub in the region.

“The country attracts investments and the best talent from across the globe due to its progressive vision for the future,” he concluded.

Syed Mudassar Khushnood, organiser of the Expo also said that Dubai is a hub for global businesses. He noted they were keen to make the upcoming exhibition, an extraordinary and successful event, adding that he is optimistic that record number of exhibitors and companies would exhibit at the event.

Mudassar disclosed that the World Expo2020 Dubai will be held in less than two years, therefore, the participants at the show would get more opportunities and awareness in participating the upcoming mega event. It was also revealed that the next edition of the Expo will be held in Abu Dhabi and other parts of the Middle East.
