The 2019 IB Diploma Programme results have once again demonstrated the strength of Innoventures Education schools among the top ranking IB schools in the country.

Two students from Dubai International Academy (DIA), Emirates Hills, Carl Vinter and Lilith Mayer have achieved the coveted maximum 45 point score, a feat achieved by less than half of one percent of students worldwide. Carl will be joining Copenhagen Business School to study Politics, Philosophy and Economics and Lilith will study Business Management at Warwick University, UK.

Ms. Poonam Bhojani, CEO, Innoventures Education remarked that these results have been a joint achievement of students and teachers. Poonam stated, “I am delighted with the results and congratulate the Innoventures Education community for their dedication. This is testimony to our vision of providing world-class education while being inclusive.”

The graduating class of 2019 at both DIA and Raffles World Academy have achieved excellent results. At DIA, 45 students achieved a score of 38 points or more, while 81% of the graduating class has exceeded the world average of 30 points. At Raffles World Academy, the pass rate stood at 100% with over three-quarters of the batch performing better than the world average. Parmis Mehdiyar was the topper with 42 points. – abdulbasit@theuaenews.com
