Dubai – In line with the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum vision for the UAE, Huawei is proud to announce the cooperation with Dubai Smart Government to implement the Happiness Meter in their exclusive service centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Huawei will be the first brand to measure customer happiness in real time and interact immediately to solve any problems. The meter will be connected to Huawei’s HiCare Application which also allows customers to connect with the Huawei after-sales services through their device and get quick responses to any issues they may be having. The UAE service team will be the first team globally to measure the happiness of the customers in real time.

This initiative by Huawei’s goes hand-in-hand with the Smart Dubai Office led Happiness Index. This step highlights the fact that the future collective happiness of Dubai society will stem from an integrated process, led by government initiatives, but with the contribution of all communities, and through the adoption of policies and practices that improve the wellbeing of all.”

The aim of the Happiness Meter is for Service Centers across the UAE to be able to discover customer needs and measure customer satisfaction in a new and interactive way. The Happiness Meter will unquestionably be a breakthrough for Huawei service history in the Middle East.
Huawei’s first dedicated customer service center was opened in 2015 in Dubai and with the recent opening of the Abu Dhabi service center, Huawei now has 47 dedicated customer service centers in the region.
