Dubai – Dubai-based flydubai on Thursday, at a ground-breaking ceremony, announced details of its new headquarters which is planned to be ready for occupation from 2019. The investment in a new headquarters is designed to support the airline’s continued growth.

The new headquarters located on the Emirates Road, will provide a new home for its office-based colleagues and the 100,000 square metres site will incorporate training facilities for flydubai employees. Flydubai employees will enjoy a modern comfortable working environment as well as have access to a range of sports facilities, a medical clinic and a choice of eateries.
Commenting on the new headquarters, Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer of flydubai, said: “flydubai’s new headquarters will be a purpose-built facility supporting the continued needs of our airline’s operations. We are using the latest designs and innovations available in the construction industry to provide a sustainable working-environment for our employees. The biggest advantage is that we will be able to bring together our teams under one roof in new, comfortable and modern surroundings with premier training facilities.
