The Abu Dhabi-based Reportage Real Estate Company has started preliminary construction work for the first phase of the “Rokan Lofts” project, which the company is developing in the “Dubailand” region in cooperation with the “Continental Investment” company while preparing for the start of major construction works during the first quarter of 2020.

The project extends over a total area of up to 3 million square feet, consisting of more than 60% of the open and green public spaces that create a comfortable home environment for the family, and the project was designed with great care to provide spacious green areas, cycling paths and walking paths, and various entertainment and service facilities. Suleiman explained that the list of the company’s projects also includes the “Leonardo Residence” housing project in Masdar City, which provides 177 apartments, as it was recently delivered.
