Emirates Group hired over 10,000 staff during FY 2023-24
The Group on Monday announced a bonus of equal to 20 weeks of their salary to its employees amid strong financial results.

The Emirates Group, including Emirates airline & dnata, has welcomed over 10,000 new employees in the past 12 months, as revealed in the financial results for the 2023-24 fiscal year.

The total number of employees within the group has reached a record high, increasing by 10% to 112,406. This marks the largest workforce in the group’s history. Emirates airline and dnata continued recruitment activity around the world to support its expanding operations and bolster its future capabilities. These employees are dispersed across 84 countries and represent over 170 nationalities.

The Group on Monday announced a bonus equal to 20 weeks of their salary to its employees amid strong financial results. Last year, Emirates had paid its employees 24 weeks’ worth of salary as a bonus on the back of another record-setting performance.

The Emirates Group has experienced substantial growth over the past year, reporting significant increases in both profit and revenue for its subsidiaries, Emirates and Dnata. – abdulbasit@theuaenews.com
