Dubai – Celebrating the “Year of Giving”, EFS Facilities Services the multinational leader in the facilities management space recently celebrated its 4th Annual Carnival with the theme of “Giving and Happiness”.

The event was dedicated to appreciating the hard work of over 3,000 blue collared staff of EFS including cleaners, laborers, electricians, mechanics, and others across various nationalities.

As the carnival’s tribute to the “Year of Giving” five families amongst the workers were flown down from India, Pakistan, Nigeria and Nepal respectively on a fully paid and sponsored one-week holiday in Dubai by EFS.

The carnival also held one of the most unique gestures dedicated to mothers amongst the staff as ‘The Mother’s Raffle’. Ten lucky mothers won the prize to go back home for three months on a fully paid holiday and spend time with their children.

Commenting on the carnival the Group CEO of EFS Facilities Services Tariq Chauhan said “These team members of EFS are the backbone of the organisation for providing best-in-class facilities management services to our clients. And they have been instrumental in the consistent growth of EFS over the years. The day was dedicated to their hard work and to the support of their families. At EFS we believe in creating a vibrant culture which not only nurtures professional growth but also fosters the virtues of giving, sharing, and happiness for all.”

The fun-filled carnival also comprised games, sports, music, talent shows amongst other activities. The carnival was also attended by marquee clients of EFS and its senior management team members across various functions. – abdulbasit@theuaenews.com
