Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) has gone into an association to set up a dedicated kosher food facility in the UAE.

The association, with CCL Holdings established by Ross Kriel, will be called Kosher Arabia and is required to start output by January 2021.

Kohser Arabia is confirmed by the Kashrut Division of the Orthodox Union (OU), which will work in organization with the South African Union of Orthodox Synagogues (UOS) to give the most significant level of greatness in kosher certification to Kosher Arabia.

The culinary group at EKFC will deal with all food facility, while CCL Holdings will give confirmation and creation management including support for menu and foodstuff procurement.

Saeed Mohammed, CEO of Emirates Flight Catering stated: “We are pleased to go into a concurrence with CCL for kosher food.”

Ross Kriel, author of CCL Holdings, and President of the Jewish Council of the Emirates (JCE) stated: “Kosher Arabia was set up to gracefully legitimate food to satisfy the developing need in the UAE, from the Jewish people group here as well as from different customers searching for sound and halal-compliant options.”

Emirates Flight Catering runs one of the world’s biggest cooking tasks, serving in excess of 100 aircrafts.
