The UAE News report: There is no break in Dubai real estate demand as the week ended on November 5, 2020, witnessed total transactions worth Dh2.9 billion through 1,241 transactions including plots and properties, according to the latest data available.
It is announced that during the week around 44 plots were sold for Dh176.48 million and on the other hand 854 apartments and villas were exchanged for Dh1.49 billion in the emirate, the Dubai Land Department said in a statement.
The Land Department said the top three deals were related to lands in different areas of Dubai – a land in Al Merkadh area disposed of for Dh16.33 million, followed by a land was sold for Dh12.6 million in Al Barsha South Fourth area, and third land was disposed of for Dh16.33 million in Al Merkadh area.
Interesting to note that Jabal Ali First witnessed the most of the transactions for the week as 16 sales deals worth Dh27.49 millionwere closed, followed by Nad Al Shiba Third with five sales transactions worth Dh12.07 million, and Al Merkadh again with five sales deals valuing Dh61 million.
It is stated that the top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for Dh257 million in Marsa Dubai, while an apartment was second top sold for Dh102 million in Burj Khalifa, and third one was a villa disposed of for Dh96 million in Al Hebiah Fourth area.
During the week, mortgage transactions were worth around one billion dirhams and the priciest transactions was Dh198 million land in Nadd Hessa area.
