Building on the success of Kashkan at Dubai Festival City Mall, Kissaghar emerges as a unique extension of the brand, reflecting Chef Brar’s vision of transforming dining into a nuanced Immersive cultural experience. With this launch, Chef Brar aims to further establish both Kashkan and Kissaghar restaurant brands as complementary pillars of his culinary journey in the Middle East.

Designed as a “House of Stories,” Kissaghar is adorned with a series of unique installations and spatial elements personally conceptualized, designed and installed by Chef Brar, inspired by his travels and the narratives that have shaped his culinary and cultural vision.
