H&H has marked the groundbreaking of Eden House Dubai Hills, moving its 32-villa residential development into construction with Dutco Construction as main contractor.

The Dubai-based developer said the community will comprise five- and six-bedroom villas with a combined gross floor area of 19,443.87 square metres. Hopkins Architects is leading the architectural design.

Architecture and landscaped spaces

The masterplan combines homes with green spaces and a walkable setting focused on wellbeing and privacy. Each villa will have a private garden, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor living areas.

Glazed frontages are designed to bring in natural light and views, while the exterior palette includes stone-textured precast concrete and metal detailing. H&H’s in-house interior design team has selected materials including marble and wood.

Miltos Bosinis, CEO of H&H, said: “The groundbreaking of Eden House Dubai Hills marks an important milestone as the project moves into the construction phase.”

He said the vision was to bring together design, landscape and shared spaces in a boutique community, building on the Eden House portfolio’s approach to residential living.

Dutco begins construction

Paul Whelan, CEO of Dutco Construction, said the contractor looked forward to working with the project partners and bringing its delivery experience to the development.

The community is situated close to Dubai Hills Estate, with access to its park, mall and golf club, as well as schools and healthcare facilities. According to the developer, Downtown Dubai is approximately 25 minutes away and Dubai International Airport around 30 minutes away.

H&H said the project will reflect Eden House’s hospitality-led approach through amenities, services and a focus on residents’ wellbeing.
